I was so lucky to get to spend this past weekend with my sis and best friend (well she is my best friend but we are like sister's so I call her sis) Jess. It was a lot of fun.
The writing on the side saying that she is going to steal the pic is Jess's. The curly haired one on the left is me and the thin tall one in the basketball shorts is her.
So this is to our friendship and to being best friends forever and to stop and let you guys think about your own best friends and your stories.
How we met..
My Family had just moved to Pennsylvania from New York before the school year started. Second grade would be the only year I would spend in that school (our school system is messed up) It was the parent teacher meeting. Her parent teacher meeting was right before mine. Her mom was still talking to the teacher when we walked in. They were finishing up their meeting. A girl my age with long straight brown hair was sitting there at the table with a small purple bag of pokemon figurines. She had the squirtle one in her hands. I sat down across the table from her. I started talking to her about the pokemon. School started and I hung onto her for a while. I didn't talk to anyone else very much. 1.) because i was the new kid and didn't know anyone yet and 2.) because I knew I had met her already and we were sort of already friends. Jess and I have been friends for 7 years now. This coming year we will be entering school as Freshman's (or Freshies as Kya insist on calling us) in our State High School.

me: Hey do you like pokemon?
you:Yeah.
and so on and so fore XD. Ah the good times in life when we were talking about pokemon instead of how dramatic our lives are... :/
So now from the parent meeting in 2nd grade to our first day of freshman year. Through the mess of fighting, crying, and loving (like a sister). All those kaodict years and were still best friends.
